Event Management

With 1C: Document Management, you can easily coordinate, track, and analyze everything concerning company internal meetings and events: time, place, participants, program, files, minutes, and invitations.

The solution easy-to-use calendar simplifies reserving a meeting room: you see all reserved and vacant time for each single room together with information about room location and capacity.

Users can plan their personal schedule in the calendar. The application automatically reminds users about their planned events in advance at a specified time.

With 1C:Document Management, you can generate and negotiate event agendas, schedule a meeting, attach documents to it, select participants, and send invitations to them.

Meeting minutes can be created as a result of an event and sent to participants for approval. To ensure document uniformity and speed up the process, you can set up a pre-defined template for meeting minutes.
