General Journal

Rise Accounting General Journal quickly shows all entries from the Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Accounting modules that have affected General Ledger. With Rise Accounting, you can create General Journal entries using the keyboard or mouse. Built-in hot keys further speed up the entry workflow. At the same time, entry screens have a familiar spreadsheet layout with customizable columns.

The software handy tools help end users, business owners, and accountants quickly find specific transaction types, date ranges and text.

In addition, you can:

  • export entries in common spreadsheet formats for easy emailing
  • speed up your workflow by simply saving each entry as it is created without affecting General Ledger
  • instantly copy a General Journal entry to another screen or a new one within the solution
  • choose currencies on an entry-by-entry basis.
