Rise SA Company Announces New Business Management Software Release
The new Bookkeeping module helps you easily manage day-to-day accounting operations. Its powerful features allow you to keep your accounts well organized in the Chart of Accounts, create one-click postings and track bookkeeping operations with the help of detailed reports.
New Bookkeeping Module Highlights
The Bookkeeping module features make it possible to integrate counterparties into financial groups according to their categories, like foreign or domestic counterparties, wholesale or retail ones, suppliers, customers, investors, etc. This facilitates assigning General Ledger (GL) accounts to counterparties: you can simply set GL accounts and posting templates for whole categories, with no need to spend time on every single counterparty.
The same settings can be made for products and services. You can set GL accounts and posting templates for product or service categories, such as inventory, raw materials, materials, services, etc.
Unlimited predefined bookkeeping templates are available for any document you need to post. Use the templates to categorize document postings depending on customers, counterparties, product or service, etc.
Bookkeeping module helps analyze financial situation of a company with detailed reports:
Account balances and turnovers – shows credit and debit amounts of your GL accounts for opening balance, closing balance and its turnover.
Trial balance – lists the balances in each of an organization’s GL accounts by required financial years and with extra dimensions. Accounts with zero closing balances and turnovers can be omitted.
Trial balance by account – lists the balances for a required GL account by required financial years.
