Some of you have already jumped in and started creating bulk mails to email your parents from RSM. To help all of you with this task, our Team has created a detailed step-by-step manual and a video guide on how to use Bulk Mailing in RSM. The video is just under 14 min.

As the 043-Form submission date is coming closer, many of you have been busy with checking your 043-report in the system. These checks make sure that whatever you have captured on the system so far has reflected in the 043-Form. Mapping correct accounts to the 043-Form is crucial to have your 043-Form up and running and ready for the print button.
Our Dev Team has been making improvements in the Bank Stream to make this crucial part of the system more user-friendly for Schools. Here is a practical video for you to see what is to come. It is under 12 minutes long. As we are planning to make these changes live early next week, please watch it and if you have any feedback, please email back this week.
With July 18 being Nelson Mandela's day, one remembers the legacy and the impact that Mandela made and still makes on many of us. His quotes keep inspiring us and speak to us to this day:

Rise: "In your opinion, why bulk mailing is important for schools?"
Hanli: "It will ensure that all parents receive important information. I am going to use it to email the parents again to sign up with Rise Communicator. In the future, I can filter out parents not linked to Billing, and just send them the emails. The others would then have received / seen it on the Communicator."
Rise: "How would you email parents before?"
Hanli: "I don't even have all the parents correct email addresses in my email mailbox and therefore had to individually type in the email address. Or copy it from a spreadsheet I kept with their email addresses. As I am totally going to use the Google sign-up forms from 2021, I will then have all the correct email addresses too."
Hanli: "I am so happy with all the wonderful things you are doing. Thank you again for not just listening to the needs of the schools, but actually adhering to it."
