In 1C:Enterprise, you can also generate print forms of your documents to send to customers and easily customize them to your needs.
To customize print forms:
- Go to Master data and settings > Print forms, reports, and data processors > Print form templates.
- Double-click the required template to open it.
- Customize the print form template according to the company needs.
- Click Save and Close. An icon appears next to the template, meaning the updated template is used.
- If you want to use a standard template instead, click Use standard template at the top. In this case, your created version is still available but a standard version will be applied.
- To permanently delete the changed template, click the edited template icon and then click Delete edited template.
Alternatively, you can open any print form and edit it right there. For that, click Allow/Forbid print form editing and edit required data right in the selected print form.
To specify what print forms you want to be active:
- Go to Master data and settings > Print forms, reports, and data processors > Print menu.
- Select the print forms you want to be active. If you clear one of the checkboxes, this print form will be hidden from drop-down lists.
To select languages you can translate your print forms to:
- Go to Master data and settings > Print forms, reports, and data processors > Print form languages.
- Click Add language to add languages you can translate your print forms to.
Note: the only way to apply a new language is to save a new template as specified above:
- Go to Master data and settings > Print forms, reports, and data processors > Print form templates.
- Open any template.
- Click English and select the language you need.
- Make the necessary changes and click Save and close.
