Step 15. Linking Rise Sales to Rise Business

Overview

Rise Sales is a mobile application for sales representatives who need to register orders from customers outside the office. In the application, you can easily register sales orders, payments from customers, and refund requests, as well as keep lists of customers, goods and prices.

The application interface is optimized for smartphones and tablets. You can use it as a standalone system or synchronize it with the 1C system installed in the company's office. During synchronization, information about items, prices, customers, sales terms and order statuses is populated automatically.

Setting up the System for Rise Sales

Before you integrate Rise Sales with the system, create a mobile user in the infobase and set up synchronization with a device.

  1. Go to Master data and settings > Integration with 1C:Orders.
  2. Select the Allow data synchronization with 1C:Orders mobile application checkbox.
  3. Click Mobile devices.
  4. Click Create.
  5. In the Device field, specify the name of the synchronization settings you create.
  6. In the User field, specify the system user who will work with Rise Sales.
  7. Fill the Prefix for documents to be created during the synchronization.
  8. Add a User's supervisor who will manage user's jobs.
  9. To allow your sales rep to register payments in cash:
    1. Select the Payment in cash checkbox.
    2. Select the document to be used to register these payments:
      • Authorization letters.
      • Incoming payments – Cash account. For this option, specify the Cash account and Cash flow item to prefill them in documents.
  10. To allow your sales rep to register payments by cards, select the Payments by cards checkbox and specify the POS terminal and Cash flow item to prefill them in documents.
  11. Specify what exactly you want to transfer to device:
    • Weight variants of goods.
    • Goods images.
    • Quantity of goods available to order.
  12. Set additional Data filters.

Setting up Rise Sales

  2. Open the application and go to the main menu in the top left corner.
  3. Press Settings.
  4. Press Profile > Change mode.
  5. Select Sync mode and click Set.
  6. Click Close and then click Connect disconnect.
  7. Select 1C:ERP WE in the application field.
  8. Enter your infobase path.
  9. Use username and password from infobase.
  10. Press Sign In.

The system will synchronize and receive information from the infobase.
