Terms for Access to Rise ERP EnvironmentThese Terms and Conditions govern access to ERP environments provided by
Rise SA Business Solutions (“Rise”, “we”, “our”).
By requesting or using access to a Rise ERP environment, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the system.

1. Purpose of AccessRise provides access to ERP environments for the purposes of:
- system evaluation
- product exploration
- training and learning
- testing business workflows
The provided environment allows users to explore system functionality and evaluate whether the system is suitable for their organisation.
2. Nature of the ERP EnvironmentThe ERP environment is typically provided with:
- a standard system configuration
- a clean database without operational data
- default system settings
The environment is intended primarily for
evaluation and testing purposes.
The system may not include all integrations, modules, or configurations that would normally be implemented in a production environment.
3. No Production UseUnless otherwise agreed in writing, the provided ERP environment should not be used for production business operations.
Commercial or production use of the system requires a separate agreement with Rise SA Business Solutions.
4. Environment ProvisioningUpon approval of an access request, Rise may create a dedicated ERP environment for the requesting user or organisation.
Access credentials and connection instructions will be provided by email.
Rise reserves the right to decline requests for access at its discretion.
5. Availability and Environment ManagementRise does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the ERP environment.
The environment may be:
- updated
- restarted
- reset
- temporarily suspended
- permanently removed
at any time without prior notice.
Evaluation environments may also be removed after a period of inactivity.
6. Data ResponsibilityUsers are responsible for any data created or entered into the system.
Users should not store sensitive, confidential, or mission-critical production data in evaluation environments.
Rise does not guarantee data persistence or retention.
Evaluation environments may be reset or removed without data backup.
7. Acceptable UseUsers agree not to:
- attempt unauthorized access to system infrastructure
- interfere with system security
- overload or disrupt services
- use the environment for unlawful activities
Rise reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in the event of misuse.
8. Intellectual PropertyAll software, systems, and related materials provided through the ERP environment remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.
Access to the system does not grant ownership rights to the software.
Users are granted limited access solely for evaluation and testing purposes.
9. Third-Party SoftwareThe ERP environment may include software components developed by third parties.
Such components remain subject to their respective licensing terms.
10. Limitation of LiabilityRise SA Business Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the ERP environment.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- loss of data
- service interruptions
- configuration issues
- business losses.
Use of the system is entirely at the user’s own risk.
11. Termination of AccessRise reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the ERP environment at any time and without prior notice.
This may occur in cases including but not limited to:
- violation of these Terms
- misuse of the system
- prolonged inactivity.
12. Changes to TermsRise SA Business Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the ERP environment after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
