Last week, in our Weekly Update#8, we looked at possible ways of Schools getting COVID19-proof with the help of the Rise Communicator.
We have some exciting news to share with you on the development front.
Based on the feedback from our Schools, the Enrollment/Admissions process is quite labor and paper intensive, with a lot of manual capturing required to be done by the Admin Staff. This feedback got us thinking, and we came up with a possible solution of making the Enrollment process less labor & paper intensive, and more automated on the School's side.
We are therefore currently in the process of integrating Google Spreadsheets & Google Forms with the Rise School Management solution.
On a different note, here is feedback from Pamela Van Rheede, Bursar at Dennegeur PS, who has been hard at work with completing training in the system during the lockdown:
Rise SA: How do you find the system in terms of accounts, learner data?
Pamela: In my opinion, the system is very user-friendly. Once the initial training and getting used to the system is done, it is very easy to understand and work with.
Rise SA: Were you able to carry on working in RSM during the lockdown?
Pamela: Yes, it was quite easy to log in to the system from home and carry on working. It has helped me a lot the fact that I could work remotely because I am able to catch up on the system and prepare myself for the time when i do go back to work.
Rise SA: How do you find the Budget report & the 043-Form?
Pamela: At this time I have not yet worked on the budget report or the 043-Form, but through my working with the Rise Team, I have all the confidence that it will meet my expectations.
Rise SA: How has your overall experience been with support, training & Rise SA Team?
Pamela: The team has been absolutely fantastic. They are very supportive whether it regards training, needing some extra information, importing information for me or helping me to understand certain processes. They have all been so patient and helpful. I couldn't ask for a better support base in starting with this new system. Thank you so much Anna, Nattasja and Darian. Your constant assistance and patience makes this experience so much easier and enjoyable.
