Rise School Management is a cloud school management system.
We have created it together with schools, taking onboard first-hand feedback from them & using high quality software cloud solutions that are built on 1C:Enterprise platform.
A recent development is Incident Management in Rise School Management - both on mobile & desktop.
Since March 26, 2020, South Africa and many other countries have been in the lockdown, as countries take serious measures to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 Coronavirus.
With Schools closed during a 21-day #lockdown, some Bursars have continued with training & Weekly Meetings with our Team from the comfort of their homes. This is great! This would not be possible if it was not a cloud technology that we use for Rise School Management.
For Schools, it is even more important to keep finances up to date, esp. now in a current time of uncertainty.
Working with your Bank Stream regularly is a sure way to bring your School's finances up to date.
1. Bank Stream is a copy of your bank statement.
It allows Bursars to assign transactions to Learner Invoices and assign School's payments to General Ledger's accounts.
NB: When Bursar approves transactions in the Bank Stream, your School's 043-Form & Budget Report will be automatically populated in Rise School Management.
2. By working with your Bank Stream regularly, you ensure:
Firstly, all your transactions are assigned to correct accounts & approved.
Secondly, if parents downloaded Rise School Communicator & were linked to the Financial info, they will receive a notification in LIVE Billing in Rise School Communicator, after they make a payment. → less paper for schools & better communication with parents
Thirdly, Schools ensure that all your critical reports - 043-Form, Budget & others - are up-to-date & current.
Rise SA does training via Google Hangouts. You can do it from anywhere. All you need is an Internet connection.
